Nachos Corn tortillas smothered in our homemade tomato salsa, melted Monterey Jack cheese, topped with jalapeno peppers and sour cream. Your choice of plain, slow cooked chilli beef or Mexican chicken. Prawn Taco Salad Crispy corn taco shell filled with salad and prawns bound in Cajun Mayonnaise. Crispy Chillies Whole Jalapeño peppers stuffed with a blend of cream cheese, garlic and fresh coriander. Served with sour cream. (Extremely HOT!)
Main Course
Mariachi Famous Sizzling Fajitas Stir-fried strips of your choice (chicken, steak or vegetables) with mixed peppers, onions, our blend of spices. Served with soft tortillas, guacamole, salsa, cheese and sour cream. Spicy Seared Fillet of Salmon Pan-seared Fillet of salmon marinated in lime, fresh coriander and a blend of spices.
